Meet The Mechanic

I’m not a therapist. I’m not a guru. I’m a father, a husband, a former mechanic who knows what it’s like to run on empty—and keep driving anyway. I’ve sat in the silence of emotional numbness, buried anger under hard work, and told myself I was fine when I was anything but.

For years, I played the role—provider, tough guy, do-it-yourselfer—but under the surface, I was just repeating cycles I swore I’d never pass on. I knew how to grind, how to survive—but I had no blueprint for emotional connection, healthy fatherhood, or leading with purpose. I was winging it. And then I had kids.

That’s when everything changed.

I realized I was trying to father them with tools I never got. I was handing down patterns I hadn’t healed. And I knew if I didn’t fix it, they’d inherit it.

That became the mission. I went from oil changes and engine diagnostics to something far more critical: inner work. I tore it all down—my beliefs, my coping mechanisms, my childhood wiring—and started rebuilding from the ground up.

Now, I lead The Mechanic’s Garage, a no-BS coaching community built for men who are ready to break generational cycles, step up as fathers and leaders, and take back control of their story. Through my signature program Be the Dad You Wish You Had, and real-world tools like the Adulting 101 Manual, Mindset Tune-Ups, and weekly Brotherhood calls, I help men do what most never will—look in the mirror and start the real work.

This isn’t self-help with soft pillows. It’s blue-collar wisdom backed by inner healing. I coach men like I work on cars—diagnose what’s wrong, strip it down, and rebuild it to run with purpose.

Because when you fix the man, you fix the family.
When you fix the family, you change the future.
And it all starts with one guy willing to pop the hood.

If you’re that guy—welcome to the Garage. Let’s get to work.
